Lunchmeat and Life Lessons
The rules of engagement have changed for staffing professionals. To take a post-recession recovery, everyone needs to be fully on board to help the firm expand sales and operations in 2016 and beyond. high performance demands a skillful use of energy and time to make this happen. In this keynote presentation, learn how you can define your business purpose for yourself and your staff and create a path to your business recovery! We’ll cover the internal motivation methods needed for full engagement and will tackle the problems caused by our digital world, where demand has been exceeding capacity! This creates stress as non-productivity. The keynote will focus on how the investment of energy and NOT time is the key to your future success.
Participants leave her session with fresh perspectives on many of life’s daily challenges:
  • Learn something from every person you meet.
  • The best endings are the ones you are prepared for.
  • Nobody can make you happy but yourself.
  • Don’t take life too seriously- you’re never going to get out of it alive anyway.
  • And finally…Remember the comeback sauce.
