Timothy J. Szuhaj is a partner in the firm and chair of the Business Services Group and co-chair of the Staffing Group.  He represents clients in various industries, including staffing, technology, Internet and E-Commerce, hospitality and food, and professional services.

His corporate practice includes counseling clients on corporate formation and governance, corporate finance, commercial transactions, growth strategies, and mergers and acquisitions.  Under the firm’s business services model, Mr. Szuhaj often serves as a trusted business advisor and general counsel to mid-cap companies helping those clients tackle everyday operational issues while at the same time planning for the long term.  With respect to staffing industry clients, Mr. Szuhaj provides counsel regarding growth strategies, mergers and acquisition, operational issues, indemnity and risk management issues, and the structure and content of MSA, VMS and PEO agreements.

Martin L. Borosko has been the Managing Member of the firm since 2006.  Under his leadership, the firm has grown into one of the premier boutique firms in the Northeast corridor with offices in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Mr. Borosko has over 20 years of experience handling complex corporate transactions and commercial disputes in the areas of staffing, healthcare and finance.  He leads a team in the firm dedicated to studying the best legal practices within the staffing, healthcare and finance industries.  His philosophy is to direct clients toward legal strategies that facilitate growth and increase enterprise value in the long term.  He often works as part of a team with leading investment bankers, accountants and risk managers to implement comprehensive growth strategies for clients.

Brian E. Curtis, Esq., is a recognized authority in the areas of employment law and litigation, human resources management, and contract law, and serves as counsel to the firm.  Mr. Curtis is founding editor and publisher of the Employment News Alert series of print and e-mail publications, including the ‘Year-In-Review’ created in 2004, the ‘Quarterly Edition’ first published in 2006, and the award-winning ‘Monthly NewsFlash’ introduced in 2009.  He has recently been appointed as the firm’s human resources counsel.

Mr. Curtis is a highly skilled, action-oriented lawyer and business consultant with extensive experience in executive-level and management employment matters, who has proficiently managed multiple senior HR roles with great success, including C-suite recruitment and compensation structuring, talent and performance management, professional services consulting agreements, personnel policies, internal conflict management, and recruiting, training, and employee counseling at all levels, spanning a wide array of industries in the NJ/NY/PA business corridor, with a particular emphasis on the staffing, hospitality, and healthcare industries.
