Avionté RAW staffing statistics series was created by John Long our Founder & Chairman in April.  Its aggregating hosted Avionté data from hundreds of staffing and recruiting companies across the US and Canada looking at numbers of Assignments, Hours, Gross Payroll, Billing, & New Applicants.  During our MASA webinar we’ll be analyzing numbers for these areas specifically on the states of DE, PA, & NJ vs. National Averages, which should provides some great insights over the last 8 months & early predictions for 2021.

Over the last 18 years, Ben has been partnering with staffing & recruiting firms to help streamline sales, recruiting, operations, & back office through SaaS ATS/CRM platforms. Ben’s initial 13 years were with a company based out of Boston, joining them as a startup and helped expand their business across the US & Apac regions to become the global leader in the market.  In 2016, Ben joined another ATS/CRM startup and within the first 12 months drove sales to break even. In the last 18 months, Ben has been employed at Avionté to strategically drive new client acquisition within IT & Professional segments. Ben is a highly passionate person & motivated to help staffing & recruiting firms maximize efficiencies, productivity, & overall processes.

Robby Thayer
Enterprise Account Executive


Robby Thayer spent just under 8 years in the staffing and recruiting industry working for global staffing firms to mid-market and boutique firms. Before joining Avionte as an Enterprise Sales Executive, his primary focus in the staffing industry was new client acquisition and account management. Robby love the opportunity to speak with staffing firms on how to improve their day to day operations, whether that involves process management or evaluating technology to help achieve maximum efficiency. Outside of work, Robby spends time with his two young daughters, riding bikes and playing tea party. He’s also an avid Auburn sports fan.
