In January 2020, for the first time in history, women held more jobs than men occupying 50.04% of the positions according to the US government jobs report. However, since February over 2.3 million women left the workforce, four times higher than men.
Barb Bruno
Barb Bruno is an internationally recognized expert in the Recruiting, Talent Acquisition and Sales Professions. She is an award-winning Entrepreneur, Speaker, Author, LinkedIn Learning Instructor (16 courses) and has started or been involved in 7+ companies, that have changed lives all around the world.
For three decades Barb has been dedicated to deliver training to individuals and companies who are seeking transformation and increased success. As a single mom for fifteen years, providing for her family was the driving force behind her motivation to excel. Currently, Barb serves on the Advisory Council, of the Women’s Business Collaborative.
Threase Baker
Threase Baker joined ABBTECH in 2001 and has nearly thirty five years’ experience in all areas of the staffing industry with emphasis on corporate recruiting, executive placement and staff augmentation. Her customer focus includes both government and commercial services. Prior to her current role at ABBTECH, Mrs. Baker worked as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System project manager which provided vital perspectives on the Information Technology (IT) industry and process. Threase carries two staffing certifications – CSP (Certified Staffing Professional) and TSC (Technical Services Certification)- both through the American Staffing Association. She sits on the board of the most influential industry associations, including the American Staffing Association (ASA), TechServe Alliance and the Professional Services Counsel (PSC). She is also an advisor for multiple local institutions and education organizations and has a special interest in advocating for women in business.
Kelly Boykin
Kelly Boykin
A 25-year staffing industry veteran, Kelly Boykin serves as senior VP of global alliances at Aquent, which ranks as the largest marketing, creative and design staffing firm in the US and among the largest staffing firms globally. Boykin oversees strategy and growth of the firm’s partnerships with MSPs, with 24 alliance partners and 160 programs globally. 
Kelly has been named to the Global Power 150 Women in Staffing for both 2019 and 2020. She is the Vice Chair for the Women in Leadership Council at the American Staffing Association, where she is also an active mentor.
Leslie Vickrey
Leslie Vickrey
Leslie Vickrey is a marketing expert and business advisor who began her career with McDonald’s Corporation and found a niche in technology and talent as the head of marketing for Spherion’s technology division. She founded ClearEdge Marketing in 2006, which is now a go-to, fully integrated marketing agency for talent and technology firms. 
Leslie’s impact in the HR, tech and marketing communities far exceeds her day-to-day work as CEO. Passionate about the importance of diversity, Leslie is a frequent speaker on the topic and even co-founded ARA, an organization that seeks to attract, retain and advance women in technology – 6,000 people strong. She is part of the Women Business Collaborative Staffing Leadership Council; member of ASA’s Women in Leadership Council; is on the Board of Directors for Chicago Innovation; was recognized as one of 100 of Chicago’s most compelling innovators and entrepreneurs; is part of the UIC Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame; and was named one of the Enterprising Women of the Year. Leslie is a contributor to industry publications such as Recruiting Daily and Entrepreneur, a frequent industry speaker and host of an executive women in recruitment podcast, TheEdge.
DeLibra Wesley
DeLibra Wesley
As Chief Operating Officer at The Delta Companies, DeLibra Wesley oversees all aspects of Operations within the enterprise. With over seventeen years of healthcare staffing experience, DeLibra has the unique expertise to support any back-office challenges, including training, quality measurement, compliance, project management, and business development. She serves as a strategic business partner to the TDC executive team by initiating development and improvements to best meet company goals and stay ahead of changes within the industry.
In 2019, DeLibra spearheaded, and currently leads, the firm’s Diversity Council which focuses on diversity and inclusion efforts, including trainings on sensitivity and unconscious biases as well as diversifying the leadership demographic.
DeLibra has been recognized with numerous internal and external industry accolades, including two-time SIA’s Global Power 150- Women in Staffing. However, she takes most pride in leading a team that embraces and cultivates a culture of service.
DeLibra is a single mother of two boys. Tristen, an avid football lover, and Trace, who loves music and drawing. When her schedule allows, she loves to travel, visit museums, and attend concerts and plays.
