The Not So Great Resignation…and how to keep it from crushing your soul!
The JOLT rate, the amount of people who quit their jobs, has never been higher. And neither has the anxiety levels among recruiters. Candidates take your jobs and see them as nothing more than a step in the Negotiation Process…they fully intend to leverage your offer against other options. And we waste our time telling them “counteroffers aren’t good” when in fact they are proving to be an excellent move for candidates…it just sucks for us…you’re not using MySpace for your social media (please, God tell me you’re not) or Blockbuster for your home movie watching, but you are using closing techniques from the same era…really?
Let’s rename this “The Great Re-Negotiation”, and figure out ways to close deals that actually resonate with today’s candidates.

Thank you to our sponsors!
